Whether you’re returning to yoga after a break or starting fresh as a beginner, this course is designed to give you the confidence and foundational knowledge to join larger group classes or safely practice at home.
In this supportive, small-group setting, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, and grow, and ask questions at the end of the class, in a welcoming environment.
