Join this therapist-facilitated peer-support group for men navigating fatherhood.

Unspoken expectations of knowing how to behave, and what to feel as fathers can prevent men from sharing their experience and seeking support and compassion.

We explore what is it to be a father, the lived experiences of fatherhood and consider what this means to your children, to your family and to you.
