5 Week Course – with Nikki Campbell
If you’ve completed our foundational course or you’re looking for a flow style class in a small-group setting, over 5 weeks, you’ll build connections with your peers and feel encouraged every step of the way.
You’ll flow seamlessly from one posture to the next in a gentle Vinyasa style, with modifications and options to suit all levels in a supportive, welcoming environment.
