5 Week Course – with Nikki Campbell
Whether starting fresh, returning to yoga, or keen to explore postures in depth, this course may be for you.
You’ll gain confidence and foundational knowledge to join intermediate classes and/or practise safely at home.
In this supportive, small-group setting, you’ll also have opportunity to learn, grow, and ask questions at the end of the class in a welcoming environment.
