This training and method explores and encourages ways of making restorative yoga & IMAGINED SLEEP (Nidra) more accessible to people with mental health considerations. (50hrs)
This hybrid (50hr) course is a combination of at home online preparatory practice, reflection and reading before meeting live in person for discussion and more experiential learning.
