When I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in the Autumn of 2017, I was faced with a massive opportunity and choice: radically change my life or keep it as it was and hope for the best.

I chose the first option and I still do – every day.

Yoga played a huge role in how I viewed my body, the disease and my reason to be.  I become a teacher and I specialise in supporting people who have been touched by cancer.

My approach is varied and I blend different modalities that I learn through my continuous trainings, from Energy Medicine Yoga to somatic practices.

I often tailor my classes to the seasons, aiming to create balance and lightness within the body, giving the opportunity to feel more connected, present, grounded, open and at ease. 

I specifically target issues that may arise during or post treatment, and I provide tools to deal with anxiety, fatigue, loss of mobility, bone loss, muscle weakness, etc – building strength and a sense of calm through postures, mindfulness and breath. 

My mottos are: “stay open & love yourself into healing”.
