Yoga Practitioner
I’m passionate about helping others improve their well-being through yoga. After over a decade of experiencing its benefits and a keen interest in mental health, becoming a yoga instructor felt like a natural progression.
With a British Wheel of Yoga qualification specialising in therapeutic applications, I focus on supporting students’ emotional and physical wellness. My classes provide a welcoming space with gentle guidance through postures and mindfulness techniques, helping students improve both their physical and mental well-being.
I teach beginner-friendly sessions and workplace yoga, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can nurture their well-being both on and off the mat. My teaching combines clear, supportive instruction to help beginners learn postures safely, while encouraging individuals to explore each pose in a way that suits them.
